Charitable Support

Members of Asbestos Aid actively donate to and support causes that benefit asbestos disease sufferers :
  • we have provided assistance to and raised funds for the British Lung Foundation for Action Mesothelioma Day and will be supporting them again in 2008 
  • we sponsored the Live at Barts charity event in September 2006 in aid of mesothelioma research
  • we have raised funds for leading asbestos support organisations such as OEDA (Occupational and Environmental Diseases Association) and Macmillan Cancer Relief

  • we are supporting the British Lung Foundation (BLF) in its campaign to raise awareness of mesothelioma. BLF organised Action Mesothelioma Day on 27 February 2006 and again on 27 February 2007.
